Cancellations in Cineva Parking are permitted based on specific conditions related to parking service usage.

Cancellation Rules

• Parking entry records cannot be cancelled once the vehicle has exited.
• Digital parking tokens cannot be cancelled after issuance unless a system error occurred.
• Prepaid bookings (if applicable) can be cancelled before the scheduled time.

System Error-based Cancellation

If a token is generated incorrectly due to a technical glitch, users can request cancellation via support.
